David Owino Odhiambo is now a Pensioner

David Owino and Enock Sabumukama have joined Napsa Stars

Kenyan star track and former Zesco United defender David Owino Odhiambo is now a Pensioner on a two year contract. This is according to the official tweet from Napsa Stars FC page.

The 32 year old nicknamed “Calabar” put ink to the contract with Napsa Stars that will last up to 2023 after his contract run out with Zesco United. Owino is no stranger to the Zambia super league having joined Team ya Ziko Zesco United as far back as 2014.

“Officially wishing you a happy New year. Owino is a Pensioner. The players has signed with Napsa Stars for two years” The Napsastarsfc tweet read.

Owino makes a third foreign from Kenya to join the Zambia super league Lusaka side Napsa Stars who are currently playing in the caf league. Timothy Otieno and Shaban Odhoji are the other two Kenyans already playing with the pensioners.

On the same signing date another international and former Zesco United player Enock Sabumukama the Burundian midfielder also penned a contract but for 3 years.

“Head coach Mohamed Fathi says he is confident the pair will be a great inclusion to his squad.”
