The 2017 Charity Shield final will be played at Levy Mwanawasa stadium in Ndola. Zesco United is set to battle out Nkana football club after they bogged Power Dynamos in the semi finals hosted at Arthur Davies. Power Dynamos was slashed to 2 against 4 by Zesco United.
Nkana at the venue in double header emerged victorious and had little to fear as they bashed the rivals Zanaco 3 – 0 to qualify to the Finals.
Charity Shield initiates and is the yearly prelude to the beginning of the Zambia super league. The top four teams from the previous season compete for the trophy.
