FAZ Eden league enters week 3

The national Faz/Eden league entered the game three-midweek fixtures with exciting results. In Kitwe, Kitwe united recorded the first win in the league after having lost to Napsa at the weekend in Lusaka.

They beat Gomes 2 – 1 at Garden Park playing fields. The Ndola outfit were the first to score just after the break and in the dying minutes, United replied with two goals to win the match.

And in Livingstone, Jumulo recorded another loss at the hands of Livingstone Pirates with a 1 nill lose. It is the second loss for Jumulo who now lies 14th on the log table.

Elsewhere, mighty Mufulira wanderers lost to Muza 1 – 0, Nchanga Rangers lost at home to visitors Quattro Kalumbila.

Kitwe Utd 2 – 1 Gomes

Livingstone pirates 1 – 0 Jumulo

Malaiti rangers 0 – 3 Napsa Stars

Muza 1 – 0 Mufulira Wanderers

Young Green Buffaloes 0  – 1 Police College
