Jimmy Chisenga own goal help Nkana edge Arrows and move third

Jimmy Chisenga’s 40th minute own goal in the week 16 match at Nkana Stadium gifted Nkana a third straight win as they beat Arrows 1-0.

Nkana beat Red Arrows at home in Kitwe to move third on the MTN – FAZ super league 2017 table.

Danny Silavwe made his second appearance and was voted Gotv and Nkana FC supporters man of the match.

The win over Arrows has pushed Nkana to 25 points from 16 games played.

 

In Lumwana, Musonda Siame’s goal was the difference of the two sides as Zeddy Sailet’s side ended Lusaka Dynamos Four games unbeaten run. Lumwana moved fourth on the table just behind Nkana.

Elsewhere leaders Napsa Stars continued with their winning streak when beat Konkola Blades away in Chililabombwe. Matthews Maleka was the goal scorer.
