The Zambia national football coach George “Chicken” Lwandamina has made a call up of 28 local players for a 5 day assessment in preparations for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations Group E qualification match against Kenya. ~Fazfootball has reported on there social media platform.
Zambia plays against Kenya on 3rd September to close the round in Group E where Guinea-Bissau seats aloof with Congo second. Zambia is third and Kenya seats at the bottom.

Goalkeepers:
Jacob Banda (Zesco United), Danny Munyao (Red Arrows), Racha Kola (Zanaco)
Defenders:
Museka Emmanuel (Lusaka Tigers), Simon Silwimba (Zesco United), Buchizya Mfune (Green Buffaloes), Adrian Chama (Green Buffaloes).
Mweene Mumbi (Green Buffaloes), Ziyo Tembo (Zanaco), Munthali Christopher (Nkana) and Fackson Kapumbu (Zanaco).
Midfielders:
There is Benson Sakala of Power Dynamos with Paul Katema of Red Arrows. Spencer Sautu comes in from Green Eagles. Mwelwa Mwape and Kondwani Mtonga will pair in from Zesco United.
Also Richard Kasonde (Zanaco) Chota Chama Clatous (Zesco United), Misheck Chaila (Zesco United), John Ching’andu (Zesco United), Rodrick Kabwe (Zanaco) and Charles Zulu (Zanaco)
Strikers:
Of the strikers there is our own Christopher Katongo from Green Buffaloes with Jackson Mwanza of Zesco United. Fashion Sakala comes ins from the league leaders Zanaco while Justin Shonga will bring in the experience from Nkwazi.
The hardworking Josephat Kasusu from Kabwe Warriors not the least but close in the door.
