Mufulira Wanderers out of relegation as Nkana moves third

Mufulira Wanderers massive 3-1 record win against High Flying Nkwazi ensured Abena Milambo are out of relegation effectively moving to the 16th position. Meanwhile the sister club Nkana moved third after equally massive victory against the Northerners in the MTN FAZ super league week 28 fixture.

 

Nkana completed the 2017 double against Real Nakonde  at ichilata when Shadreck Musonda early penalty broke the stale bough in 22nd minute. Shadreck wen on to complete his first brace following 68th and 71st minute goals. Meanwhile late in the game Real fumbled with Sean Odour own goal.

 

Power Dynamos loss at Konkola Blades advantaged Kalampa to secure the third place with 48 points while Dynamos lurks behind with 47 points. Both teams have played 28 games.

 

Wanderers Move

And Mufulira Wanderers former national team striker Mathews Macha brace and young player Chrispin Sakulanda goal were enough to seal off Wanderers move. Wanderers moved to 16th position during week 28 of the Zambian premier soccer league. Wanderers have suffered a complete stay in the relegation doldrums for months on end.
