Welcome to the MTN Super League week 24 results roundup. The Saturday fixtures saw some exciting matches, with a total of seven teams battling it out for victory.

Contrary to expectations, in the much-anticipated match, between Nkana and MUZA, MUZA was the loser of the day. The match ended in a narrow defeat for the latter, with Nkana winning by a single goal. In the 63rd minute, David Kabala scored the winning goal for Nkana, securing their victory over MUZA.
Similarly, things didn’t go well at Sunset Stadium in Lusaka with the bankers failing to acquire deposits. In a closely contested match, Nkwazi managed to secure a 1-0 win over ZANACO, with Wezzy Kumwenda scoring the winning goal in the 77th minute. Nkwazi have earned crucial points to move them up the table.

Chambishi 2-1 Prison Leopards
In a closely contested match, Chambishi managed to secure a 2-1 win over Prison Leopards. Shadreck Musonda put Prison Leopards ahead with a penalty in the 28th minute, but Damiano Phiri equalized for Chambishi just before halftime. Innocent Kashita scored the winning goal for Chambishi in the 68th minute.
Green Buffaloes 1-1 Red Arrows
Green Buffaloes and Red Arrows played out a 1-1 draw, with George Ngoma scoring a late equalizer for Green Buffaloes in the 90th minute. Earlier in the match, Paul Katema had given Red Arrows the lead with a goal in the 37th minute.
Kabwe Warriors 2-0 Green Eagles
Kabwe Warriors secured a comfortable 2-0 win over Green Eagles, with goals from Prince Mumba in the 15th minute and Akakulubelwa Mwachiaba in the 51st minute.
Kansanshi Dynamos 1-3 Power Dynamos
