Power Dynamos Football Club, based in Kitwe and competing in the Zambia Super League, play their home games at the Arthur Davies Stadium located in the Ndeke area. The club was founded in 1985 and has since made significant progress, eventually earning a spot in the Zambia Premier League. The current coach of the team is Dan Chibwe.

National: Zambian Premier League: 6-time champions, having won in 1984, 1991, 1994, 1997, 2000, and 2011.
Zambian Cup: Victors on 7 occasions, in 1979, 1980, 1982, 1990, 1997, 2001, and 2003. They also made it to the final in 2002.

They have also participated in the African Cup of Champions Clubs twice, reaching the second round in 1985 and the first round in 1995.
Power Dynamos have made ten appearances in the CAF Cup Winners’ Cup, reaching the quarter-finals in 1981 and 1999, finishing as runners-up in 1982, reaching the quarter-finals in 1986 and 2003, and the second round in 1988 and 1992, and the first round in 1989 and 1994.
