Zambia national football team coach Wedson Nyirenda has included Nkana football club goalkeeper Kelvin Malunga in his 26 man squad for a 3 day training camp.
Zambia is intensifying the preparations ahead of the 2018 African Nations Championship (CHAN). Chipolopolo will play its first round qualifier against Swaziland in July 2017.
Malunga has been impressive in the 2017 Samuel “Zoom” Ndhlovu Charity Shield match and was voted Nkana fc supporters man of the match in the game against Zanaco.
The former Kitwe United and Roan United goalkeeper joined Nkana in January 2015 though he has had little game time.
Defender Donashano Malama, Given Sinyangwe, midfielder Jacob Ngulube and striker Ronald Kampamba have also been summoned.

Billy Mutale (Power Dynamos), George Chilufya, Ziyo Tembo, Taonga Bwembya (all Zanaco), Given Sinyangwe, Donashano Malama (both Nkana).
Also inclusive is Mumbi Mweene, Adrian Chama (both Green Buffaloes) and Isaac Siamujompa (Nchanga Rangers)
Fwayo Tembo, Kelvin Mubanga (both from Power Dynamos) and Richard Kasonde, Augustine Mulenga (both of Zanaco).
Not to forget on the list is the midfielder Clatous Chama Chota who recently joined Lusaka Dynamos football club. Austin Banda from Napsa Stars, Eddie Sinyangwe, Hilary Bwalya (both of Lumwana Radiants) and Jacob Ngulube from Nkana.
Ronald Kampamba (Nkana), Mwila Phiri (Green Eagles), Justin Shonga (Nkwazi), Green Lwitika (Green Eagles) and lastly but not the least is the wonderful player Chitiya Mususu (Napsa Stars).
